I have been trying to work the answer to this question out for the last 8 months. Pretty much the duration of my pregnancy so far!
I started this shop so I could spend more time with my children and work for myself and manage my own time.
But, with another baby on the way, I am going to find it a little tricky to keep up with the shop, while still enjoying my littlest ones.
I have largely done this shop by myself since the start, and one decision I’ve made is that I don’t want to stop doing that.
So I’m going do a little slow-down for the time-being. That means that, between now and Christmas, it is unlikely there’ll be any restock of things that are low or sold out (apart from the Polka Dot Club bears, which are on their way). I am about to stock a couple of brand new, exciting things – some gorgeous new wooden toys and the new version of the beautiful advent calendar that did so well last year – but that’s it for the newbies this side of Christmas. And I may take a small shop break for a few months in the new year, so I can enjoy my youngest’s babyhood, but will keep updating this blog.
I hope you don’t forget about my little shop! I have some ideas and plans for the future of Little Goldie, and I really hope you stick around to watch how those unfold.
For now, though, it’s very much “open as usual”. But if there’s something in stock that you love, but there are only a couple left, it’s probably a good idea to get it now!
